The Friends of Valley Falls will hold their Annual Meeting 1 pm September 29 in the historic Red Barn, 345 Valley Falls Rd., Vernon. Copies of the Annual Report will be provided, and will include an overview of this year’s activities. Valley Falls items will also be for sale; cash or check only, please. All proceeds go toward maintaining the Valley Falls Farm and Heritage Center.
Following a brief business meeting, Jane Seymour will discuss ways to make your backyard friendly to pollinators while helping the environment. Jane is a wildlife biologist at DEEP who manages the Belding and Tankerhoosen Wildlife Areas in Vernon.
All are welcome to attend; FVF membership information will be available and light refreshments served.
