WALLINGFORD, CT — A developer’s plan to build a new Amazon distribution center and warehouse at the former Bristol-Myers Squibb property in Wallingford was rejected by the Planning and Zoning Commission in a 3-2 vote on Monday night, according to the Record-Journal.
