Man Caught Selling Heroin in Wallingford: Police
The suspect was arrested following an investigation that began when police received information that he was coming into town to sell heroin.

WALLINGFORD, CT — Wallingford Police charged a Meriden man with selling heroin in town following a months-long investigation.
During the past several months, the Wallingford Police Department Narcotics Unit received information that Todd Constantini, 32, of Cricket Drive in Meriden, was coming into Wallingford and selling heroin, according to Lt. Michael Colavolpe.
Colavolpe said Constantini was arrested by Meriden Police this past June after police found more than 800 bags of heroin at his residence. That case is still pending in Meriden Superior Court.

During the month of October, Wallingford detectives purchased heroin from Constantini on two separate occasions with the assistance of a police informant, according to Colavolpe.

On Nov. 17, with the assistance of the Meriden Police Department, Constantini was taken into custody at his residence, Colavolpe said.
Constantini was charged with two counts of sale of narcotics and two counts of possession of narcotics. Constantini was detained on a $75,000 bond and was scheduled to be arraigned at Meriden Superior Court on Friday, Nov. 18.
