Wallingford Police Arrests Include Assault, Disorderly Conduct, Drug Charges

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Priscilla Rivera, of Gaylord Mountain Road, was arrested Feb. 2 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Lorene Buehler, of Tremper Drive, was arrested Feb. 1 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Nicole Buehler-Child, of Tremper Drive, was arrested Feb. 1 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Joe Dominsoru, of Harrison Ave., was arrested Feb. 3 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Krischa Maestrini, of Harrison Ave., was arrested Feb. 3 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Joseph Paul Burns III, of South Cherry Street, was arrested Feb. 4 on charges of second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Mark John McGilton, of Lamson Street, was arrested Feb. 5 on a charge of fourth-degree larceny.

Rebecca Clark, of 77 Evergreene, was arrested Feb. 5 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Christopher Wiley, of 77 Evergreene, was arrested Feb. 5 on charges of risk of injury to a child and second-degree breach of peace.

Raphael M. Toth Jr., of North Turnpike Road, was arrested Feb. 6 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, unsafe backing, and failure to meet minimum insurance requirements.

Jose Velez Jr., of Waterbury, was arrested Feb. 8 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, operating with suspended registration, and failure to meet minimum insurance requirements.

Marcus William Pasquale, of Hamden, was arrested Feb. 9 on a charge of second-degree criminal mischief.

Patrick Tardif, was arrested Feb. 9 on charges of third-degree larceny, criminal attempt to commit fifth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.

Jonathan Perez, of Meriden, was arrested Feb. 10 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.

Amber Mugford, of Milford, was arrested Feb. 11 on charges of conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second-degree criminal mischief, and conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary.

Ramphis Pacheco, of South Street, was arrested Feb. 11 on charges of conspiracy to commit insurance fraud, conspiracy/attempted sale of narcotic substance and second-degree forgery.

Samantha Robles, of Washington Street, was arrested on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce cannabis, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, defective windshield or wipers, operating without a license, operating under suspension, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, misuse of plates and operating unregistered motor vehicle.

Terry David Hughes, of South Orchard Street, was arrested Feb. 11 on charges of illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence, illegal operating under suspension (alcohol), operating without a license, restricted turns fail to give proper signal, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and operating a motor vehicle without state plates.

Maria Dambrosia, of Meriden, was arrested Feb. 13 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.

Michael Alan Smith, of Chatam, N.H., was arrested Feb. 13 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce cannabis, failure to have tail lamps or illuminated rear registration plates and operating under suspension.

Andrew John Nosal, of Sorrento Road, was arrested Feb. 17 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Ethan Robert Ferguson, of Saddlebrook Drive, was arrested Feb. 18 on charges of evading responsibility, weapons in a motor vehicle, failure to drive right and reckless driving.
