Wallingford Police Blotter: Aug. 21 Through Aug. 27, 2019
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Joseph J. Jacobson, 25, of Mohawk Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 21 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, dissemination of voyeurism material and illegal dissemination of intimate image. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 16, according to state judicial records.
Shane M. Ham, 30, of Center Street, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 22 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 4.

Shakiel X. Harrell, 26, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 23 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.
Annette Anderson, 53, of North Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 23 on charges of illegal possession of narcotic, possession with intent to sell narcotic, use of drug paraphernalia and operating without a license. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 18.

John F. Adamson, 62, of Mile Creek Road, Old Lyme, was arrested Aug. 24 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 10.
Michael P. Dillon, 48, of Brook Road, Woodbridge, was arrested Aug. 25 on charges of risk of injury to a child, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 8.
Justin M. Carrubba, 22, of Chestnut Lane, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 25 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 3.
Segundo L. Lema, 43, of Clifton Street, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 25 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 10.
George A. Sebastian, 57, of Dutton Street, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 26 on charges of evading responsibility – injury/property damage and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 7.
Michael Marzik, 34, of North Orchard Street, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 26 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating without a license. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 3.
Bradley C. Doyle, 19, of Oakwood Drive, North Haven, was arrested Aug. 27 on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal trespass, second-degree threatening and false statement. He was released after posting a $75,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 31.
Jorge A. Barrera Lima, 21, of Austin Street, New Britain, was arrested Aug. 27 on charges of simple trespass, third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny, criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 31.
Bruce W. Whitehill, 55, of Toll Gate Road, Berlin, was arrested Aug. 27 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and operating under suspension – alcohol. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 6.
John A. Eaton, 55, of Main Street, East Haven, was arrested Aug. 27 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 25.
