"People are repeatedly removing barricades that have been placed up on roadways to keep them and others safe," police said on Facebook, "and then driving down roadways that have downed wires and trees across them. People behind them don't know that the barricades/caution tape have been removed, and are then driving down these same roads. Not only is this extremely dangerous, but it's against the law. If found, you'll be arrested."
