The 12th Annual Halloween Stroll was a huge success! Thousands of people from all over joined this years 12th Annual Halloween Stroll. From Ghosts to Goblins, Batmans and Spidermans - even Charlie Kaoud a.k.a. 10% Charlie of Kaoud Oriental Rugs! West Hartford center was buzzing! What a great feeling to see such a turnout for a wonderful event.
