Tumble Brook
Country Club is delighted to introduce Ken Hervieux as our new Executive
Chef.  With his many years in the culinary field, Chef Ken will bring both
passion and New Age techniques to the Tumble Brook dining experience.



Chef Ken
apprenticed under Chef Noel Jones, and has been associated with the United
Technologies Group/Eurest Dining Services and the Max Restaurant Group. 



He is well
known for his talent in catering events and his ability to create superb
cuisine for his guests.  When we asked Chef Ken why Tumble Brook Country
Club, he responded,
