$20,000 Scratch-off Sold At West Hartford Store

NEWINGTON/WEST HARTFORD, CT — A Newington resident was the beneficiary of a winning scratch-off ticket purchased in West Hartford Tuesday.

According to the Connecticut Lottery Corp., Nihad Ibrahimovic of Newington won $20,000 in the 20X Cash 8th Edition scratch-off, which costs $20 to play.

The ticket was purchased at a West Hartford Cumberland Farms store on Tuesday.
