World Myths: Journeys to the Underworld

What lies beyond the realm of the living? For centuries, cultures across the globe have crafted powerful stories to explore the deepest mysteries of life, death, and what follows. Join master storyteller Tom Lee for a captivating three-part series exploring the underworld through the eyes of some of history’s most memorable characters, including:

·Odysseus, navigating the shadows of the Greek underworld

·Dante’s Pilgrim, trekking through the classic circles of the Inferno

·St. Brendan, the Irish monk sailing toward mystical otherworldly horizons

·Inanna, the Mesopotamian goddess descended into the realm of the dead
