We are growing and looking for part time team members to continue to elevate our multi-specialty integrative medicine, health-centered practice at our new West Hartford location.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, registering
and scheduling appointments. Tasks will also include relaying patient
messages to physicians, collecting co-pays, selling physician recommended
supplements to patients and assisting where needed in the office. As a front line
worker, you are the face of the practice. The ideal medical receptionist should
be caring, energetic, a team player and possess great interpersonal and
customer service skills. A minimum of 1 year experience in a medical office is
preferred. Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) and QuickBooks POS preferred.
Office Hours are Tues 9-5, Wednesday 9-1, Thursdays 9-5 and Fridays
