Crash On West Hartford Highway Cleared: UPDATE

WEST HARTFORD, CT — A large traffic jam clogged Interstate 84 in West Hartford late Monday morning after at two-vehicle crash, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

The DOT reports the accident was on I-84 east, between exits 43 and 44, resulting in the left lane being closed.

In addition, the state reported a traffic jam that was backed up nearly 1 mile between exits 43 and 41.

The wreck was first reported at 10:45 a.m. and it is now no longer listed on the state's incident list.
