Man Wins $20K On Lotto Ticket Bought In West Hartford
The ticket was purchased by a Farmington resident.
FARMINGTON/WEST HARTFORD, CT — A Farmington resident scratched his way recently to a $20,000 payout after purchasing a lottery scratch-off game in West Hartford.
According to the Connecticut Lottery Corp., Thanh Nguyen of Farmington won $20,000 playing the 20X Cash 8th Edition game on Nov. 4.
He purchased the ticket at Elmwood Convenience in the Elmwood section of West Hartford, according to lottery officials.
