Multi-Vehicle Wreck In West Hartford Cleared: Update

WEST HARTFORD, CT — A three-vehicle wreck on Interstate 84 caused a major traffic mess for motorists, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

DOT officials report the accident was on I-84 west between exits 41 and 40, with the left and center lanes closed.

The crash was first reported at 2:48 p.m. and it was reported "cleared" by 4:14 p.m., according to the DOT.
