Native Americans To Be Celebrated In West Hartford

WEST HARTFORD, CT — The town is hosting a week of celebrations and events next week honoring the cultural impacts of Native Americans.

Starting Monday, Oct. 2, and lasting through Saturday, Oct. 7, West Hartford is calling the week a "Celebration of Indigenous Peoples’ History and Culture."

These events are sponsored by the Town of West Hartford’s Indigenous People’s Recognition and Reconciliation Task Force and the Office of Equity Advancement.
