Gayle was an artist and a creative soul, able to quote Dylan Thomas at a whim. She loved music from classical to rock n roll, always happiest at a festival or attending live concerts. She loved to travel and visit exotic destinations bringing back stories and gifts for her loved ones. Gayle had a green thumb with a passion for gardening all her life, in her later years she raised orchids and hibiscus plants of uncommon beauty. She was a wonderful cook and happiest when familiar faces were smiling back at her around a holiday table. Gayle considered her children and grandchildren to be her greatest joy.
