Update: Overturned Vehicle Cleared In West Hartford

WEST HARTFORD, CT — An overturned motor vehicle on Interstate 84 in West Hartford caused big traffic headaches for motorists Thursday evening, but it has since been cleared.

According to the state Department of Transportation, I-84 westbound has one lane closed due to the crash, which happened between exits 41 and 40.

As a result, the right lane is closed to traffic, according to the DOT.

The crash was reported at 4:53 p.m. and the DOT said via Twitter that it was cleared by 5:42 p.m.
