Under the leadership of Tesch, RCN and has established itself as a nationwide leader in private lending, growing from two employees in 2010 to twenty-two today, and has a current portfolio of approximately $60 million in non-owner occupied residential and commercial property-backed loans. Since inception, RCN has made more than $20 million in acquisition loans to Connecticut real estate investors.
The event will feature a variety of guest speakers, including Peter M.
