RCN Capital Hosts The Northeast Real Estate Investors' Networking Forum

South Windsor, CT. – RCN Capital, a leading nationwide private lender, will host the Northeast Real Estate Investors' Networking Forum and free buffet dinner on May 8th, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at its 9,000 square foot dining and event complex in South Windsor. This event will bring together residential and small balance commercial property investors, industry experts, and other real estate professionals for a night of networking and education.

“This is a unique chance to meet other real estate investors and mortgage and other real estate professionals,” said RCN Managing Director Jeff Tesch. “Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with industry peers, develop new business partnerships, meet prospective clients and catch up on key trends and topics in the non-owner occupied residential and small balance commercial markets.”

Under the leadership of Tesch, RCN and has established itself as a nationwide leader in private lending, growing from two employees in 2010 to twenty-two today, and has a current portfolio of approximately $60 million in non-owner occupied residential and commercial property-backed loans. Since inception, RCN has made more than $20 million in acquisition loans to Connecticut real estate investors.

The event will feature a variety of guest speakers, including Peter M.
