Rebecca Lobo Rushin to Assist NWC Girls’ Basketball Summer Camp

Rebecca Lobo Rushin to mentor NWC girls' basketball camp for grades 4-9 from July 16-20, 8:30am-12pm, northwestcatholic.org/summersports.

Northwest Catholic in West Hartford recently added Rebecca Lobo Rushin as a mentor to its girls’ basketball camp for grades 4-9 from July 16-20, 8:30am-12pm. Rushin will assist the new NWC girls’ basketball coaching staff of Al Phillips, Jenniqua Bailey, and Jeff Cahill.

NWC has a long and proud history of outstanding athletics, and its Summer Sports Camps follow in that celebrated tradition. All of NWC’s Sports Camps are instructed by the School’s outstanding coaches. Championship winners such as John Mirabello (boys’ basketball), Cory Carlson (baseball), and Todd Sadler (girls’ soccer) are among the esteemed group coaching these young athletes this summer.

In addition to Rebecca Lobo Rushin, the School also recently added to its Summer Sports line-up Coaches Mary Swetcky (volleyball), Mike Lenz (football), and Ashley Mara (girls’ lacrosse). All NWC coaches bring to their camps experience, know-how, and a strong commitment to teamwork, sportsmanship, and the values NWC holds close.
