West Hartford Social Services is looking for volunteers to help teach English as a second language to adults in the community.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — Patience and dedication are two key qualities the town is looking for as its social services department is seeking volunteers to help folks learn English.

West Hartford Social Services is looking for adult volunteer tutors to work with adults who are learning English.

Tutors can work one-on-one or in a small group.

"We need dedicated and patient volunteers who have a command of the English language. You do not need to speak a second language," wrote West Hartford Social Services.
