West Hartford Man Facing Commercial Faud Charges In South Windsor
A West Hartford man is facing charges in a commercial fraud case out of South Windsor.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A West Hartford man is facing charges in a commercial fraud case out of South Windsor.
South Windsor police on Tuesday arrested Timothy Quail, 31, of Robin Road in West Hartford, on an active warrant at Manchester Superior Court, where he was being held on other charges.
He was charged with two counts of second-degree forgery and two counts of third-degree identity theft and two counts of fourth-degree larceny.

Quail’s charges stem from a May 2019 fraud complaint by a South Windsor business, police said.
According to a report, the business manager learned that several fraudulent checks had been cashed on the business accounts. Investigators determined Quail had cashed two checks — each valued at $1,867, according to an arrest warrant.
