West Hartford Middle School Students May Have Been Exposed To Nude Images In Class: School Officials

The school has notified parents of the mix-up and said it will take steps to ensure it does not happen again.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — School officials said in a note to parents that King Phillips Middle School students may have been exposed to images of nude women in class, the Hartford Courant reported.

Officials told the Courant that an unnamed teacher showed a YouTube video in class entitled "The History of Photography in 5 Minutes," which featured photos of nude women for a few seconds. The teacher said he had edited the video to remove the photos, however, he mistakenly showed the original version to some of his classes.

It is speculated that as many as 50 eighth-grade students may have been exposed to the images, according to the Hartford Courant.
