West Hartford Police Arrests Include Strangulation, Drug, Larceny Charges

Recent arrests by the West Hartford Police Department.

The following information has been provided by the West Hartford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Brandon Perez, 28, of Vinehill Road in West Hartford, was arrested Feb. 1 on a charge of second-degree failure to appear. He was held on a $1,000 surety bond.

Laura Larson, 22, of East Hartford, was arrested Jan. 31 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was held on a $1,000 non-surety bond. Police remarks: Accused was arrested for Breach of Peace after a fight with her sister.

Kyle Robert Settle, 29, of New Haven, was arrested Jan. 31 on a charge of turned over to. Police remarks: Accused was arrested on an arrest warrant out of New Britain Police Department stemming from a domestic disturbance.

Sophia Leung, 22, of Woodmere Road, was arrested Jan. 31 on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was held on a $250 non-surety bond. Police remarks: Accused was arrested for disorderly conduct following a domestic disturbance with her sister at their residence.

Dale C. Barton, 63, of Avon, was arrested Jan. 31 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear. Police remarks: The accused was issued a summons after attempting to steal a flashlight from Home Depot.

Kevin John Cyranowicz, 28, of Andover, was arrested Jan. 30 on charges of two counts of illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and restricted turns fail signal. He was held on a $5,000 non-surety bond. Police remarks: Accused arrested during a motor vehicle stop after heroin, crack cocaine, needles and crack pipes were located.

Daniel Wiscovitch, 34, homeless, was arrested Jan. 30 on a warrant and charged with second-degree failure to appear. He was held on a $2,500 bond.

Pawel Kantorowski, 24, of New Britain, was arrested Jan. 29 on a charge of first-degree failure to appear. He was held on a $20,000 bond.

Pawel Kantorowski, 24, of New Britain, was arrested Jan. 29 on a charge of illegal possession. He was held on a $10,000 bond. Police remarks: Accused was in possession of heroin following a motor-vehicle stop.

Tomasz Ziggy Matuszewski, 35, of New Britain, was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of illegal possession and restricted turns failure signal. He was held on a $10,000 non-surety bond. Police remarks: Accused was found to be in possession of heroin.

Jason L Seaman, 40, of Torrington, was arrested Jan. 29 on three counts of illegal possession, improper number of headlights, and two counts of failure to keep drug in original container. He was held on a $10,000 non-surety bond. Police remarks: Accused was arrested after a motor vehicle stop for three counts of Narcotics, Suboxone, Cocaine, Oxycodone pill.

Taylor Laurraine Ventress, 19, of Avon, was arrested Jan. 29 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was held on a $500 non-surety bond. Police remarks: The accused was arrested after shoplifting from Macy’s. The value taken was approximately $75

Norman Michael Roane, 24, of Bristol, was arrested Jan. 29 on a charge of illegal possession. Police remarks: Accused arrested during a motor vehicle stop after crack cocaine was found in his pants’ pocket.

Jason Mote, 44, of Hartford was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of operating under the influence and restricted turns fail signal. He was held on a $2,500 surety bond. Police remarks: Accused arrested subsequent collision of motor vehicle.

Jonathan Thomas Siarkowski, 19, of Plantsville, was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and restricted turns fail signal. He was held on a $2,500 non-surety bond. Police remarks: Accused was arrested during a motor vehicle stop after a needle and 4 bags of heroin were found in the accused’s pants pocket.

Mary Knight, 21 of Hartford was arrested Jan. 28 on a warrant and charged with third-degree larceny. She was held on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

Daniel Zukowski, 22 of Winsted, was arrested Jan. 28 on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and exhaust pipe requirement. He was held on a $1,000 non-surety bond. Police remarks: Accused was stopped for an exhaust pipe requirement. Accused was found to have an empty heroin bag inside the vehicle and hypodermic needle hidden underneath the hood inside of a fuse box.

Kelsey Aynn Valley, 21 of Stafford Springs, was arrested Jan. 28 on a charge of illegal possession. She was held on a $1,500 non-surety bond. Police remarks: Accused hid Heroin in her shoe after a MV stop.

Brock Kevin, Donahue, 26, of Stafford Springs, was arrested Jan. 28 on charges of two counts of illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegible plate. Police remarks: Found to be in possession of heroin following a motor vehicle stop.

Denis O. Cuevas, 30, of Hartford, was arrested Jan. 28 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was held on a $5,000 bond.

Taleila Richeal Mitchell, 18, of Bridgeport, was arrested Jan. 28 on charges third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, and two counts of third-degree criminal mischief. She was held on a $10,000 bond. Police remarks: Mitchell was involved in a domestic disturbance with her boyfriend at the University of Hartford during which she assaulted him and broke personal property.

Wesley Szydlo, 29, of Collinsville, was arrested Jan. 28 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was held on a $2,500 bond. Police remarks: Shoplifting gum from Shop Rite on Kane St.

Robert Trace Wright, 40, of Hartford, was arrested Jan. 28 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, criminal attempt to commit second-degree assault, criminal attempt to commit assault on a peace officer, FM, EMS. He was held on a $350,000 surety bond. Police remarks: Accused was taken into custody at 247 Ridgewood Road, East Hartford after a domestic incident which occurred in West Hartford.

Pawel Onyszczuk, 31, of East Hartford, was arrested Jan. 28 on charges of fourth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny and two counts of sixth-degree larceny. He was held on a $3,500 surety bond. Police remarks: The accused was served with an outstanding arrest warrant while in the custody of the Judicial Marshals.

Ricardo Otero, 38, of Hartford, was arrested Jan. 28 on a charge of violation of probation. He was held on a $100,000 surety bond. Police remarks: The accused was served with an outstanding arrest warrant while in the custody of the Judicial Marshals.

Ralph Macri, 87, of Van Buren Avenue in West Hartford, was arrested Jan. 27 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was held on a $1,000 non-surety bond.
