Muhammad Jeng, 21, of Kane Street, West Hartford, charged December 31 with operating an unregistered vehicle, operating without a license and operating with no insurance.

Hugo Enrique Lalles, 24, of Hartford charged December 30 with larceny and violation of probation.

Ashley D. Chadbourne, 25, of Redstone Hill, Plainville, charged December 30 with identity theft and forgery.

Alexander R. Roger, 46, of Dart Street, Hartford, charged December 30 with breach of peace, operating while under the influence and traveling too fast for conditions.

Benjamin D. Erickson, 25, of Country Club Lane, East Granby, charged December 29 with operating under the influence and making an improper turn.

Jamali Alexander Howell, 30, of West Eggleston Street, Bloomfield, charged December 29 with violation of probation.

Rachael Nedda Hartford, 40, of Lemay Street, West Hartford, charged December 29 with operating without a registered/suspended license.

Anastazia Inge Correa, 30, of Macarthur Road, Plainville, charged December 28 with operating under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Heather M. Donahue, 27, of Prospect Street, New Britain, charged December 28 with larceny.

Kathryn Emily Hanley, 27, of Quarry Dock Road, Niantic, charged December 27 with larceny.

Rosemarie Taber, 52, of Rockledge Drive, Newington, charged December 27 with forgery, larceny and criminal impersonation.
