Deshon Ryan Coleman, 28, of Edgewood Street, Hartford, charged February 10 with illegal tinted glass and illegal possession of marijuana.

Kristina M. Kissel, 27, of Durham Road, Wallingford, charged February 10 with operating while under the influence and failure to drive right.

Lamont Price, 39, of Pliny Street, Hartford, charged February 10 with larceny.

Nelson Rodriguez, 34, of South Whitney Street, Hartford, charged February 8 with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and misuse of plate among other charges.

Tracy A. Festa, 45, of Webster Street, Unionville, charged February 8 with stalking and criminal violation of a protective order.

Sandra A. Lesperance, 51, of Kelsey Street, New Britain, charged February 7 with illegal possession of marijuana, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and no insurance.

Tyler J. Knott, 18, of Wilfred Sreet, West Hartford, charged February 7 with breach of peace, interfering with an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jay C. McClure, 44, of Town Street, East Haddam, charged February 6 with larceny.

William A. Singleton, 23, of Sidney Avenue, West Hartford, charged February 6 with failure to appear.
