West Hartford Police Arrest Log for January 2 – January 8

During this time period, West Hartford police responded to cases of larceny, disorderly conduct, operating without a registered license, stalking, threatening, interfering with an officer, breach of peace, forgery and identity theft among other charges.

Arrested Included:

George Henry Harris, 28, of Mather Street, Hartford, charged January 8 with disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana.

Joanna Marshall, 51, of Firetown Road, Simsbury, charged January 8 with larceny.

Reid P. Behrle, 34, of Maple Hill Avenue, Newington, charged January 7 with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Angel Luis Camacho, 39, of Glenn Hill Road, East Hartford, charged January 6 with larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Katherine Kalache, 29, of Strong Road, South Windsor, charged January 6 with illegal possession, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James Nicholas Fino, 35, of Coleman Street, Bridgeport, charged January 6 with conspiracy to commit illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to signal restricted turns and operating without a registered license.

Kirbi S. Francis, 30, of Cubles Drive, Vernon, charged January 4 with breach of peace.

Juan Carlos Hernandez-Ayala, 23, of Adelaide Street, Hartford, charged January 4 with breach of peace.

Markise Jackson, 31, of Farmington Avenue, Bristol, charged January 4 with illegal tinted glass, failure to bring motor vehicle to a full stop when signaled, possession of marijuana and interfering with an officer.

Alexander Maurice Patterson, 28, of Vance Road, Bristol, charged January 4 with illegal tinted glass, failure to bring motor vehicle to a full stop when signaled, possession of marijuana and interfering with an officer.

William Latimer, 36, of Putnam Street, Hartford, charged January 4 with illegal tinted glass, failure to bring motor vehicle to a full stop when signaled, possession of marijuana and interfering with an officer.

Tahj M. Melendez, 19, of Timothy Road, East Hartford, charged January 3 with forgery and identity theft.

Gilberto Rodriguez, 37, of Main Street, East Hartford, charged January 3 with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jean Joseph Roger Bouchot, 20, of Memorial Road, West Hartford, charged January 3 with breach of peace, stalking, threatening, reckless endangerment and operating with a revoked/suspended license.

Kelley Ann Sgroi, 46, of Pierce Street, Plainville, charged January 2 with operating while under the influence.

Annika Lundkvist, 39, of Vanderbilt Road, West Hartford, charged January 2 with disorderly conduct.
