Padilla, Luis O., 29, of Hayes Drive, Vernon, charged Nov. 19 with failure to drive right and operating while under the influence.

Chastanet, Herbert, 45, of Barbour Street, Hartford, charged Nov. 18 with driving in the right hand lane, evading responsibility and operating while under the influence.

Huerter, Philip Joeseph, 40, of Darling Street, Southington, charged Nov. 18 with disorderly conduct.

Sanchez, Luis Antonio, 21, of Florence Street, Hartford, charged Nov. 18 with conspiracy to commit burglary, interfering with an officer, conspiracy to commit criminal trespass, burglary, larceny and criminal trespass.
