Ashley Ann Tranquist, 27, of Windingbrook Lane, Wallingford, charged Nov. 27 with breach of peace.

Jess Bracket, 37, of Falcon Lane, Meriden, charged Nov. 25 with harassment.

Todd Edward Kaminski, 40, of Overhill Avenue, New Britain, charged Nov. 25 with larceny.

Luis Orlando Marrero, 32, of Oakland Road, South Windsor, charged Nov. 25 with assault and breach of peace.

Foudly Etienne, 33, of E 82nd Street, Brooklyn , N.Y., charged Nov. 23 with larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny.

Luis Benitez, 36, of Zion Street, Hartford, charged Nov. 23 with larceny.

Sammy Lopez, 40, of Shultas Place, Hartford, charged Nov. 23 with larceny.

Jermaine Lamont Davis, 27, of Sterling Street, Hartford, charged Nov. 22 with interfering with an officer, misuse of plate, theft of no. plate/insert, operating without registration/license, failure to bring motor vehicle to full stop when signaled, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and no insurance.

Cynthia Marie Smith, 61, of Tunxis Avenue, Bloomfield, charged Nov. 22 with larceny.

Nicholas Anthony Tedesco, 18, of Cumberland Road, West Hartford, charged Nov. 22 with breach of peace.

Jesse M. Ludgin, 27, of Asylum Avenue, West Hartford, charged Nov. 22 with operating while under the influence, following too close, reckless driving and traveling unreasonably fast.

Nana Osei Bonsu, 42, of Hilliard Street, Manchester, charged Nov. 21 with forgery, criminal impersonation, identity theft and interfering with an officer.

Daisey Alicea, 55, of Nassau Lane, East Hartford, charged Nov. 21 with identity theft.
