West Hartford Police Arrest Log for Nov. 7 – 13

During this time period, West Hartford police responded to a domestic disturbance incident involving brothers, drug possessions, car thefts, reports of a suspicious motor vehicle and interference with an officer and a 911 call among other things.

Arrested Included:

Ortiz-Melendez, Jose, 45, of High Street, New Britain, charged Nov. 13 with robbery and larceny.

Cianfaglione, William, 21, of Penn Drive, West Hartford, charged Nov. 12 with disorderly conduct.

Cassidy, John Patrick, 34, of Fairlawn Street, West Hartford, charged Nov. 12 with criminal violation of a protective order.

Scales, Larry E, 59, of Main Street, Hartford, charged Nov. 10 with larceny.

Bailem, Maurice, 37, of Dewey Street, New Britain, charged Nov. 10 with interfering with a 911 call.

Gonzalez, Brandie Marie, 20, of Allen Street, Hartford, charged Nov. 9 with forgery and larceny.

Martin, Dylan Norman, 24, of Union Street, Bristol, charged Nov. 9 with violation of probation.

Beaufort, Melquan, 21, of Wadsworth Street, Hartford, charged Nov. 9 with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Quail, Timothy J., 29, of Robin Road, West Hartford, charged Nov. 9 with illegal possession, operating an unregistered vehicle, misuse of plate and no insurance.

Kay, Ryan Michael, 31, of Grand Street, New Britain, charged Nov. 9 with illegal possession, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Blizzard, Talique Dashawn, 18, of Arlington Street, Hartford, charged Nov. 8 with failure to appear, larceny, interfering with an officer, operating with a suspended/revoked license, possession of a shoplifting device, possession of burglar's tools and possession of more than 0.5 ounces of marijuana.

Mcghee, Tasha, 27, of Plain Drive, East Hartford, charged Nov. 7 with larceny.

Brown, Dequan Gregory, 21, of Jackson Road, Bloomfield, charged Nov. 7 with illegal possession, possession of more than 0.5 ounces of marijuana illegal tinted glass illegal manufacture, distribution, sale of prescription drugs.

Festa, Tracy A., 44, of Webster Street, Unionville, charged Nov. 7 with criminal violation of a protective order, assault, criminal violation of a restraining order and breach of peace.

Young, Tayler, 25, of Burnwood Drive, Bloomfield, charged Nov. 7 with second degree threatening.
