West Hartford Police Arrest Log for Sept. 13 – 19

During this time period, West Hartford police responded to a shoplifting incident at Macy's, sex offender registry violation, violation of a restraining order, altering prescriptions and a motor vehicle accident incurred while driving under the influence among other things.

Arrested Included:

Monah, Jared, 19, of Sharon Lane, Westbury, NY, charged Oct. 16 with criminal mischief, breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Niemczyk, Zachary, 23, of West Road, Ellington, charged Oct. 15 with speeding, failure to drive in the proper lane and operating while under the influence.

Rico, Danilo Junior, 32, of Benton Lane, Glastonbury, charged Oct. 14 with illegal possession, illegal tinted glass and illegal manufacture, distribution and sale of prescriptions.

Aljafr, Salem, 24, of Wrigth Drive, Avon, charged Oct. 13 with speeding and operating while under the influence.

Figueroa, Yaneliz, 24, of Zion Street, Hartford, charged Oct. 13 with assault.

Burke, Samantha, 23, of Manchester Circle, West Hartford, charged Oct. 13 with failure to drive right and operating under the influence.

Carter, Darlene , 56, of Oakwood Avenue, West Hartford, charged Oct. 12 with larceny.

Elyosius, Kenneth, 63, of Farmington Avenue, Bristol,refused to be booked on Oct. 12 and was turned over to Bristol Police.

Beaufort, Melquan, 21, of Wadsworth Street, Hartford, charged Oct. 11 with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Mancini, John, 45, of Trout Brook Drive, West Hartford, charged Oct. 11 with criminal attempt to obtain controlled substance by fraud and criminal attempt/illegal obtaining or supplying.

Leach, Reginald, 35, (described as homeless) charged Oct. 11 with failure to appear in the second degree.

Porter, John, 26, of Imlay Street, Hartford, charged Oct. 11 with disorderly conduct, interfering with a 911 call and criminal violation of a protective order.

Roman, William, 61, of Federal Street, West Hartford, charged Oct. 11 with criminal violation of a restraining order.

Coates, Robert, 51, of Edgerton Place, Manchester, charged Oct. 11 with sex offender registry violation.

Coleman, Lloyd, 48, of Pinnacle Road, Ellington, charged Oct. 11 with burglary and larceny.

Rivera, Fidel, 52, charged Oct. 11 with larceny.

Oliveira, Flavio, 40, of South Whitney Street, Hartford, charged Oct. 10 with larceny.

Walker, Clifford Besentie, 19, of Baltimore Street, Hartford, charged Oct. 10 with larceny and interfering with an officer.

Wilson, Jarone, 56, of Hillcrest Avenue, West Hartford, charged Oct. 10 with disorderly conduct and threatening in the second degree.

Perez, Adolfo, 38, of Hollywood Avenue, Hartford, charged Oct. 10 with assault, robbery and disorderly conduct.
