West Hartford Road Race Neither A Marathon, Nor A Sprint

The inaugural 'Go the Extra Mile' road race is Saturday, Oct. 1.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — A new road race slated for Saturday, Oct. 1, is neither a marathon nor a sprint.

Rather, it's just one-mile.

But event organizers are hoping participants in the inaugural "Go the Extra Mile" race will complete their task and kick of the annual Park Road Parade event slated for that same morning.
