West Hartford Seeks Input Regarding Electric Vehicles
The town is asking folks to take an online survey as it looks to increase the amount of electric vehicle charging stations in West Hartford.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — Town is planning to have more charging stations for electric vehicles in town, but it is seeking public input to collect motorist data to that end.
The Town of West Hartford’s 2020 Energy Plan recognizes the need to develop a long-term strategic plan for the installation, operation and maintenance of Electric Vehicle Service Equipment (EVSE) – particularly charging stations.

Town officials said the hope is for equitable access and usability, economic viability and integration with town infrastructure.
The EVSE strategy will guide the town from planning and site identification through design, product/vendor identification and implementation and administration.
