The Sustainable West Hartford Commission will be at a local library on Tuesday, April 30, to pitch a plan to cut the town's waste.
WEST HARTFORD, CT — The town's sustainability organization is urging residents to attend a special forum on Tuesday, April 30, to learn about and discuss West Hartford's "waste crisis."
The Sustainable West Hartford Commission is hosting a forum that evening at 6:30 p.m. to discuss ways residents can cut their trash output in half, saving money and the environment.
Members of the commission will conduct a question-and-answer session following their planned presentation on the situation, with "fair trash reduction" as the goal.
