Workshop on Preventing and Recovering from Falls May 23
"Get Up! Fall Awareness" workshop from Duncaster

The workshops will be held at the Duncaster Aquatic and Fitness Center on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 1:00 p.m. The workshops are open to the public but pre-registration is required.

Lucy is a Senior Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer who will be one of the instructors in the workshops. Fitness Trainer John Hoadley and Physical Therapist Lauri McCrorey will join her in demonstrating and teaching practical strategies for preventing and dealing with falls. Participants will actually practice these strategies with the help of the trainers staffing the workshop.
