Kyle Navin Not Cut from Parents' Will: Report

The future of Navin's inheritance will be determined by his criminal case.

Probate court records indicate that Kyle Navin, the man accused of killing his parents, was never cut from their will despite a reportedly rocky relationship.

Navin would become ineligible to inherit anything if he is found guilty of murdering his parents, according to the Hartford Courant.

Jeffrey and Jeanette Navin indicated that their children would inherit the seven-figure estate. Taylor Navin, 24, is the couple’s other child.

Jeffrey Navin owned Westport-based J&J Refuse Company. Kyle was the Operations Manager, according to their website. Jeanette Navin was a paraprofessional at Weston Intermediate School. Court documents state that Kyle killed his parents after learning they planned to sell the family business and cut him out of their will.

He has been in custody since September after being charged with a federal weapons violation.
