Navin, 27, of Bridgeport, is accused of murdering his parents, Jeffrey and Jeanette Navin, with the help of his girlfriend Jennifer Valiante, 31, of Westport. She has denied having any involvement in the murder.

She is charged with conspiracy in the murder of Jeffrey and Jeanette Navin of Easton, the parents of her boyfriend Kyle Navin. The couple had been missing since Aug. 4 and police found their remains on a Weston property last Thursday after being tipped off by the homeowner.

August 4 was the last day anyone had seen Jeffrey Navin, 56, and his wife Jeanette Navin, 55, before they mysteriously disappeared. Jeffrey Navin was the owner of J&J Refuse and Jeanette was a Weston Intermediate School teacher.
