New 94-Unit Housing Complex Proposed for Former Kowalsky Site in Westport

WESTPORT, CT - Development company 1177 PRE Associates, LLC, is proposing to build a 94-unit housing complex on the former Kowalsky property on the Post Road East, reports the Westport News.
Of the 94 units, 30 percent would be deemed affordable under the plan.
The majority of the units would be studios and one-bedrooms, but six would be two-bedrooms, according to developers.
