
Ruzow Graphics, a design and communications boutique based in Westport, is among the top five winners of the 2013 American Graphic Design Awards, winning a total of ten awards.
Two awards were for work created for The Westport Library's annual fundraising campaign and for the Project Return's Annual Birdhouse Stroll walking map brochure.
Another award was a self-promotion piece of a bi-monthly calendar whose concept was created by Westport resident Chiara Pucci, who was at the time of creation a Staples High School senior working at Ruzow Graphics. She is now a sophomore at Boston University and studying graphic design. Illustrations for the calendar were created by Fairfield-based Joanne Hus.

Other awards were for publication design for Chief Marketer Magazine, a Norwalk-based company and direct mail pieces for New York University College of Nursing and Sit on a Sagamore handmade chairs. The final two awards were logos created for the New York Building Congress.
The American Graphic Design Awards is our four decade old flagship competition, and is open to everyone in the graphic arts community — graphic design firms, advertising agencies, in-house corporate and institutional designers, publishers and other media. It honors outstanding new work of all kinds in 23 categories from print and packaging to internet and interactive design.
