School Cancelled, Town Hall Closed In Westport Tuesday

Westport public schools will be closed Tuesday, March 14, in anticipation of the major blizzard that is expected to dump more than a foot of snow on Connecticut on Monday night and into Tuesday.

All of the system's after-school programs, adult education, and other activities are also cancelled tomorrow ahead of the storm.

Additionally, Town hall will be closed, and all Town of Westport public meetings scheduled for tomorrow have been canceled and will be rescheduled as appropriate, according to First Selectman Jim Marpe.
