Suspected Westport Copper Thief Caught
The man allegedly stole copper from construction sites in town.

WESTPORT, CT- A Bridgeport man was arrested by Westport Police after he allegedly stole copper from homes under construction.
Richard Jaiman, 49, was arrested Wednesday. He was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary and larceny.
A construction manager reported large sheets of copper were stolen from a spot on Saugatuck Avenue Jan. 28, according to Westport Now. More copper was reported stolen on Placid Lane Lane.

He is being held on a $50,000 bond and a $25,000 bond for the two arrests.
