Winner: Gina Kim Shines at the Hartford HealthCare Women's Championship

Gina Kim has officially been crowned the champion of the 2025 Hartford HealthCare Women’s Championship, presented by Munich Re, capping off a thrilling week of elite golf at Great River Golf Club in Milford.

Epson Tour standout Gina Kim, the third winner of the Hartford HealthCare Women’s Championship led the tournament from start to finish, closing the final round with a commanding score of 14-under par. She finished six strokes ahead of runners-up Melanie Green and Camille Boyd, who tied for second place.

Kim’s victory earned her a $36,000 purse and marked her third win of the 2025 season, propelling her to the top of the Epson Tour rankings and putting her in prime position to secure her LPGA Tour card.

This was more than just a showcase of top-tier talent—Hartford HealthCare provided free clinical breast screenings, skin cancer exams, and vital health checks including blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose testing, underscoring its commitment to the well-being of both athletes and fans.

“The Hartford HealthCare Women’s Championship is a great opportunity to bring people together to support women in leadership who are chasing their dreams,” said Karen Goyette, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at Hartford HealthCare. “With 75% of our colleagues being women, it's near and dear to our hearts to bring this opportunity to the players.” In a show of continued support, Hartford HealthCare has signed a three-year extension to host the tournament, ensuring a platform for rising LPGA stars to shine.

All proceeds from this year’s event were donated to Swim Across the Sound, a nonprofit that raises critical funds to provide financial assistance to cancer patients and their families across the region.
