Woman Arrested for Creating Disturbance at Westport Bank: Police

WESTPORT, CT - A 37-year-old Winsted, CT woman was arrested last week for creating a disturbance at the Chase Bank at 184 Main St. in Westport, according to police.

Sarah Woozley allegedly yelled at and swore at bank personnel on April 26 and refused to leave when police were called at 5:30 p.m.

Police said she continued to cause a disturbance when officers arrived and when she was placed in handcuffs, "she then began to pull away and kick as she was led out of the bank."

Woozley was charged with Creating a Public Disturbance and Interfering with an Officer. She is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on May 4.
