Contractor Arrested After Not Completing Work: Wilton PD
The contractor signed a contract and took money, but never completed the job, according to police.

WILTON, CT — A Norwalk man was arrested after he took money for a garage building job, but failed to do the work and pay other contractors he hired, according to police.
Michael Sawyer, 38, was arrested Feb. 23 while at Bridgeport court. He had signed a contract with a victim to build the garage, police said.
Sawyer was charged with first-degree larceny and violation of the home sales act. He was released on a $50,000 bond.
