Crewel Embroidery Classes

Learn the art of crewel embroidery, creating needlework projects at the Wilton Historical Society.

Led by Wilton resident Moira Craw, the class covers different kinds of stitches to create pieces that can be made into a pillow or sewn onto clothes. Materials will be provided to get started and kits will be available for purchase.

Classes are $10 each and will be held on Wednesday evenings July 13, 20 and 27 and August 3, 10, 17 and 24 from 6-7 p.m. Students may attend as many classes as they like. All are welcome, boys and girls, 7 years to adults, from beginners to advanced.
