If you've been feeling the strain of stress, Wilton psychologist Ann Reeves has a suggestion.
"In our busy, often stressed lives, we often forget the healing benefits of nature that can be as close as our back yard, and we just don’t take the time to reconnect," she writes. "A day of remembering what we already know and may have forgotten will help us explore and re-connect with these elements in a deeply personal way in order to transform stress, feel more alive, and learn practical tools to use going forward."
Reeves is hosting a workshop at Sticks and Stones Farm in Newtown. Visit the event listing for more information.
