• Thousands of Connecticut students head back to class as police stress bus and pedestrian safety (news12.com) — Wilton students are back in class, and local police are stressing strict compliance with school bus laws as kids travel to and from school. Drivers must stop for buses with flashing red lights and extended stop arms, and everyone is urged to slow down, stay alert, and watch for student pedestrians at crosswalks.
