Rainy Day Indecency
A man is arrested and charged for some inappropriate activity in his vehicle.

Masturbating is not illegal in Wilton, but doing it in your car in the parking lot of your place of employment is. A West Haven man learned that the hard way last week.
Anthony Johnson Jr. was arrested on Oct. 1 and charged with public indecency and breach of peace. Police said a coworker observed Johnson masturbating in his vehicle in front of 372 Danbury Road, where he works.
The incident was reported to police and officers located Johnson at work and took him into custody without incident.

"It was raining that morning and [Johnson] stated that he was wet and needed to change his clothes," said Wilton Police Lieutenant Don Wakeman. "In doing so, [he said] he apparently just decided to masturbate."
Wakeman said Johnson was not aware that someone had observed him performing the act in his car. He was released on $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Oct. 12.
