Register by June 30! Bach Summer Chorus with Music on the Hill
Music on the Hill invites singers for the 13th annual Summer Chorus to perform music of J. S. Bach.
Artistic Director Ellen Dickinson will conduct the 2015 Summer Chorus. New singers, including high school students, are welcome!
Rehearsals are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7 to 9 p.m., starting June 30. The performance will take place on Thursday, July 30, at 8 p.m. Rehearsals and performance will be held at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Wilton, 48 New Canaan Road (Rte. #106).
No auditions; advance registration required. Contact ellen@musiconthehillCT.org or phone (203) 529-3133. A minimum $40 contribution is suggested.

About Summer Chorus
The 60-voice Summer Chorus is one of music on the Hill’s four performing ensembles. It draws singers from across the region -- music educators; members of church and community choirs; others with a choral background -- to rehearse and perform a major choral-orchestral work each July.

The Summer Chorus has performed Mendelssohn’s Elijah, Haydn’s Lord Nelson Mass, Dvorak’s Te Deum, Brahms’ Ein Deutsches Requiem, and Bernstein’s Chichester Psalms, among others.
About Music on the Hill
Music on the Hill is an independent non-profit organization dedicated to high-quality music education and performance for all ages. Under the dynamic leadership of its artistic directors, David H. Connell, D.M.A., and Ellen Dickinson, M.M., Music on the Hill offers music workshops as well as choral and handbell ensembles performing, in rotation, six to eight concerts each year.
