DTC Welcomes All to 2016 Fall Barbecue

The Wilton Democratic Town Committee welcomes everyone to its 2016 Fall Barbecue on Saturday, September 10 from noon to 3 pm at Merwin Meadows (52 Lovers Lane) in Wilton.

Although the line-up of speakers is not yet set, past attendees have included Senators Richard Blumenthal and Chris Murphy, Representative Jim Himes, Gov. Dan Malloy, Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman, State Attorney General George Jepsen, Secretary of State Denise Merrill and others.

“Whether you’re into local or presidential politics, or just up for a great time with Wilton friends, come join us,” said DTC Chairwoman Deb McFadden. "The barbecue is alway fun and informative."

Picnic fare--hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken and veggie burgers—as well as soft drinks will be served.

Early-bird tickets are $40 per adult, $10 for children and students under 18, $100 for a family, and free for children under six. Tickets will also be available at the door for $50/person ($10 children/students). To purchase e-tickets click here.
