Wilton Finance Board Backs 3 Capital Projects

The board met Wednesday night.

WILTON, CT ---The Wilton Board of Finance gave their thumbs-up to $4.1 million of bonded capital improvements at a meeting on April 17.

They approved $400,000 to repave and install new lights at the bus barn on School Road, $700,000 to replace the artificial turf at Kristine Lilly Field and $3 million to repave 15 miles of road.

Wilton citizens will have their say when they vote on May 5, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Clune Center.
